Veggie of the Week: Parsnips


Parsnips are a close relative to Carrots just by looking at its size, shape and color. Before Potatoes arrived Parsnips were used in soups and stews. Parsnips are perfect for the winter season since the more north they are planted the bigger and tastier they become.
