Carrots have been used for over 5,000 years so why not continue using them at home? These veggies are the easily used in many different foods such as: cakes, soups, salads, juice, bread, stew, etc. Carrots are the best to consume for winter and fall because the cold air and soil allow the carrot to become sweeter.
